Campbell's Camp Recount

                                                             Glentui Camp

On Tuesday I woke up, got my bags and got ready for camp. I watched TV until my dad got ready and then he dropped me off at school. When I found Ben we put my bags in the car and left after the teachers were finished talking to us. Jayden, Rueben, Ben and I were in Ben’s dad’s car. When we got there we went into the main hall and put our bags on the floor.

 We listened to Jan and Gea talking about the rules. Then we left to our bunk rooms, I share my bunk room with Lucas, Ben, Rueben, Nick, Shunto and I. After that we had lunch and we ate our own food that we brought for the 1^st lunch. Then we had time to set up our bunk rooms. Every day we have bunk room inspections and were rated out of 10. Most rooms got 9 out of 10. There was 5 groups and we had activitys in a rotation. The activities were abseiling, outdoor cooking, D.O.C, active games and outdoor games. At 4:00pm we all got free time until 5:30pm most people went into the cold pool. Every day we got breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Most days at night we got biscuits and Milo. One night we played three games of spotlight. I won one of them and almost won another game. On the last night we watched a movie. The movie was Mr. Bean it was very funny but we had to fast forward the movie when it was late to nearly the end of the movie. When the movie finished I was the first one asleep.

I think camp was really fun because we did exciting activities. My favorite game was spotlight because we played three games and we had a big area and I was good at it.
