| My Favorite Flower In The Book |
My Taonga is from Jerusalem it is very old and it was given to my Great Nanny Florence by my Great Uncle Frank. It has a timber cover, back and has a canvas bind. Inside are some paintings of Jerusalem and lots of printed flowers on each page. The flowers are put under lots and lots of pages of paper and then stones or bricks are put over it to make the flowers and then they are stuck in. It has been given to my Nanny and the my Mum and some day I will have it and then I will give it to my child. Here are some pictures of it. My Great Uncle Frank went to Jerusalem and brought it back as a keep sake.
