The Library Of Alexandria

The library of Alexandria had the most complete collection of books in the world and this carried on from 200 B.C (Before Christ) -A.D (after death)642

When the the library was burned down it was apparently Julius Caesar. He set fire to ships in port and the library must have caught alight and burned down. 40 000 books were lost.

The library was made out of wood but no one really knows.

The Library was in Ancient Egypt in the harbor of the Mediterranean sea

A museum was made on the shore of the Mediterranean sea and was joined onto the library but they don't exactly know if a separate building was made.

The Library of Alexandria was one of the great wonders of the world.
